Virtual Divorce California’s interdisciplinary teams of Trusts & Estates Professionals work to provide family-centered solutions for your Estate Planning, and out-of-court resolutions to any related disputes. We empower families to set up their Trust & Estate Planning mindful of their budgets, highest values and legacy. To avoid disputes after you’re gone, interdisciplinary professionals, as needed, provide an efficient process to support careful, long-term consideration of the legal, relational and financial impacts of your estate planning decisions.

VISION STATEMENT
VDC’s interdisciplinary approach empowers families to prepare, plan and protect loved ones. Financial and legal consequences of decisions, as well as the nature of heirs’ needs and relationships are assessed and addressed in estate planning as well as in any dispute resolutions. Collaborative dispute resolutions among heirs also consider the trust-makers’ and heirs’ values, budgets and legacies.
Virtual Divorce California’s members honor human dignity and celebrate diversity.
